this month has been mostly spent on the next Xanadu book, The Xanadu Invasion, which is nearly finished its first draft. I've done a fair amount of digital art, again mostly around the series. These are the four POV MCs (possibly some of the face claims I started off with are still recognisable). I find drawing helps me get into the universe and come up with more ideas. #littlebluePlanetTours #books #thexanaduAffair

#PennedPossibilities Does your universe have any autumnal traditions?

Halcyon city and its immediate surroundings have Halloween, just like the ancestors on Old Earth. Children are sent out alone and in weird costumes to beg from strangers so that evil spirits can see how batch*t humans are and leave them alone. Adults drink a lot while dressed as whatever they like, usually things unconnected with autumn.
