gregoriI went to see "The Testament of Ann Lee", yesterday, and omg the amazing interstitial chapter title screens. They are all white on black compositions, with calligraphic ink work mixed with gorgeous period-correct typography. The ones I'm posting here are not the same!! These are from the trailer, and a couple of the original Shaker art influences, but you should see the ones in the film. I can't wait to screen grab the real ones and just put them up on my walls.

I found and joined a friendly #urbansketchers group in my town. I hope that it will help me exercise more often, so as to slowly improve my skills. And also just spend some time in nice company and friendly atmosphere.

Today's scanner experiment. Printing some of the sources, grabbing stuff here and there in the house.
I guess a lot of people did this in the past, do you have any references of cool scanner works ?
I got a list of stuff I want to try, including scanning diapositives and fooling around with various types of geometries and fonts
