Pasta fazool
1 box ditalini
2 cans cannellini beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2-3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 boullion cube
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 heaping teaspoon dry oregano
Directions:
-Cook pasta, drain and set aside
In a medium size sauce pot:
-saute onions and garlic in oil until soft, translucent
- stir in water and bouillon cube
- completely empty both cans of beans, stir
- stir in herbs

For my birthday this year (couple months ago), my parents shipped me the family recipe for pasta e fagioli, and all the ingredients.
Finally got around to making it last night and folks, it's fan-tas-tic. π₯£
