Wikipedia has always been a very interesting project but also incredibly flawed. When it's about science where 99.99% of the world agrees, it often works and is very interesting.

As soon as it's about something more obviously political, the weird "objectivity" Wikipedia claims becomes a bludgeon to hammer through the status quo.

I see plenty of pages that are shitty just because some reply guy keeps killing all edits and reversing them, he's of course "objective" the others are not.

And the Wikipedia French version deciding to deadname trans people is... well I wish them [REDACTED]. Don't believe in hell, still hope all the terfy editors end up there.
