Physio warned me that tendons take way longer time to recover than muscle and I am here living proof that nothing has gotten significantly better that I can notice (though, with almost 24/7 supportive footwear now, it also isn’t getting significantly worse)

Just stiff and some soreness and swelling. This is halfway to week 4.

Ankle physio review done. She said I was optimistic if I thought I would be ok after our first visit, since tendons take waaaay longer to recover than muscle. Anyway am now on a side quest to buy recovery slides cos my On running shoes seem to keep the tendon happy (supported, my physio says). Now I need something to wear at home to simulate the same.
