Phangurl Di 🖖I made the horrible mistake of trying to use #TaskRabbit. #StayAway! OMG. They are the STUPIDEST worst run company! On Fri, I booked an appt for Wed on their site. Only way to reach the handyperson is via the app. But it has an old email address I no longer use, and there is no way to log out. I tried support through the app, but they've ignored me. They sent me BS automated emails saying they'll help me, but they don't. There's no way to call them. I've tried resetting the password multiple times, but they dont recognize the new pw. Now I suspect this is a #FRAUDULENT company. I've been #scammed. Must be intentional.
