An update on the Dolphin EasyReader app not connecting to RNIB Reading Services. There may be a quicker way to do this, but I contacted Reading Services and arranged a password reset on my library password. I changed the password, then logged in to make sure it worked.
Next, I uninstalled EasyReader, reinstalled, signed into my Dolphin account, then tried to connect to RNIB Reading services. After entering my new password, it connected no problem at all and Iโve been able to download some Talking Books as usual.
If youโre having problems with EasyReader, Iโd suggest this method of fixing the issue.
