For ~4 years now I've been curating the Spotify Playlist Synth Haven.

In this time, it's accumulated 3180 followers, 1541 tracks, 96+ hours of play time. It's a somewhat established playlist with on average about 40-50 submissions per week.

Recently, I've noticed that artists submit, get added and then don't share that placement, even though I specifically ask for it. The least you can do as an artist is to share the placement when your track gets accepted on a playlist. Especially since unlike with most other playlists, on mine you stay forever once you're on it. It's not a temporary placement, it's permanent. The least you could do is share the placement, right?

I found myself considering a complete reboot now. Remove ALL tracks on it, reboot the playlist completely and this time pay very close attention. No placement sharing -> you're off the playlist. Some artists have 8-10 tracks accepted over the years and I've seen no post about it, haven't been tagged, nothing. You're getting exposure and streams, least you could do is share the placement.

What do you think? If you're on Synth Haven, please let me know, what your thoughts are.
