i can't get back to my routines for months. almost all kind of trainings, except the home ones and the gardening shit.
i have no wish to communicate, no wish to go anywhere.
otherwise. for all the years i'm trying to create workouts that take minimal time with maximal load.
people complain it's too heavy.
but would you suffer with me for 10 minutes a day at least?
