My ‘orange‘ #risotto topped with #asparagus (SP). (This portion was 1.5 #syns on the #SlimmingWorld regimen.) Accompanying was a #lamb-chop - removing the fat meant it was #SynFree. And a wee Padrón pepper (SP) - luckily it was not an ultra-hot one! Smothered in freshly-ground black-pepper (FREE). Very tasty repast. 🤤
