Today's special F U goes to #Synaptics and #Microsoft for a horrible touchpad driver experience in #Windows 11.
Why do I have to install drivers from 2019 to make my touchpad identify as something other than a mouse?
Why is the Windows 11 touchpad settings menu basically empty no matter what?
Why do I have to run a weird dell app from 2019 working to configure Windows to disable the touchpad when a USB mouse is connected?
There are only 2-3 touchpad manufacturers. This shouldn't be so hard.
