Aber diese #ManagmentKultur wird seit 20+ Jahren gefahren:

  • Siehe Mittelstand und Großkonzerne, wie deren #Forschungsabteilung dicht gemacht wurde weil die nur aufm Papier kostet.
    • Weil ist ja weder Geld mit Lizenzen noch Produkte am machen.
  • So nach 15-20 Jahren, wenn der Nach-Nach-Nach-#Nachfolger dessen, der das angeleihert hat längst beim über-über-übernächten #Unternehmen ist oder sich lange mit seinen #Boni in den #Ruhestand verabschiedet hat machen alle plötzlich "#SurprisedPikachuFace":
    • Weil es weder neue #Produkte noch #Patente gibt und #Mitbewerber wie #Konkurrenz billiger das gleiche Produkt mit besserer Qualität verkaufen, weil diese pünktlich zum Auslaufen des Patents nen besseres Konkurrenzprodukt auf Lager und im Verkauf haben...
