Had a lovely day! #cyclocross race, then home to watch #woutvanaert and co, followed by a 50min #nerfgun battle with my wife and son, to the soundtrack of "modern battlefields" blasted through the Sonos.

We got shot on the ears, on the dome, up the butt, plenty of times in the face, but it all stopped when my wife got a fat lip (from the #nerf bullet!!) 😆

Now he's doing an #antibullying poster and then, Sunday night #movie 😊
