Similar to what you did yesterday, raise your arm above your head in a straight line and breathe for 3 breaths. Then, slowly start moving it downwards every 3 breaths as if you were a hand ticking down on a clock. Do this for both sides until you get to the bottom. This helps strengthen & stretch out the muscles around your shoulder joint.
