amazing spelling reform I made three years ago
Ÿ sorl tel yw * ctorry!
"Ctorry ‘v ð’ dor"
Excrpt from "Ctreyng ceyc ‘v Dr Gekil ænd Mr Hÿd"
[1/2]
I want to re-propose a solution to the "it's"/"its" issue:
Since the reason people would prefer to write "its" as "it's" is that other possessives use "-'s", the solution is simply to drop the apostrophe in all other cases. This preserves the distinction pedants care about, but makes the distinction actually logical and easy to remember!
OLD:
"his" "its" "theirs"
"Maria’s" "the stone’s"
NEW:
"his" "its" "theirs" "Marias" "the stones"
heiii guys, I found a rly nice way to fix 🇺🇸ish spelliŋ🪼😎😳
Chat, shud we get rid of double leters?
How do you θink it shud be written ðo?
A prinsipios del siglo 20 ‘ #AndrewCarnegie ’ promobió la adopsión de una #ReformaOrtográfika ke simplifikaría la eskritura del idioma inglés. Pero ese proyekto no logró aseptasión jeneral.
Let's follow in the footsteps ov the Swedish language and change the spelling ov "of" to "ov"!

What else needs to be changed such that you always know how to write it if you know how to say it?
