People have no idea how far their voices carry when they open their windows. I can plainly hear a new techbrodude in his apartment living room across the street on the phone to his mother:

"There's a neighborhood near here, I guess it's kinda liberal, and once a year they just parade and bike down the streets naked!"

"Body paint, I think, but fully naked."

"Well, mom, I guess it *Is* legal here."
