I got the #Solgaard carry on and backpack thinking I would finally replace my #eBags Weekender Pro, and they’re both very nice but I’m basically an idiot - no backpack will ever be as absolutely god-mode as the Weekender Pro (while destroying what’s left of my spine due to how much I can fit in it and still put it under an airline seat). The Solgaard is very nice but it will be too tall to fit under a seat with the same fill level.
The Solgaard carry on is pretty nice, though. I’ll definitely use it. But this is like when I tried to replace my eBags pack-flat toiletry bag - pure idiocy. Nothing else that space saving exists. I bow to their geometry genius. I think the Solgaard suitcase + the eBags backpack and cubes might be the ultimate combo for carry on work travel.
