The sun is back out today (yay!) so I used my solar cooker to make bread pudding with a batch of day-old croissants from a local bakery and fresh eggs from @saltphoenix ๐
I decided to wing it, channeling everything I thought I could intuit about bread pudding (one of my favorite desserts when done right). and I was very pleasantly surprised when I smelled something tasty and pulled this beauty out of the cooker. ๐คฉ
This batch was not very sweet, but it would go great with maple syrup. I added some brown sugar to the 2nd batch.
