I don’t care if the vehicle holding up a 1.5 km long string of traffic on a country road was a learner. The sod’s “instructor” should have got him to pull over at any of many safe places to allow the rest through. Most of the time he never exceeded 30kph below the posted limit, at one point was doing just 41kph in an 80kph zone on one of the few straight stretches. When we did get to a short 100kph zone he actually managed to get up to 69kph. #SoFrustrating
