The partnership between Grosso Gadgetto and Brainquake, two artists known for their boundary-pushing work in electronic and experimental music, started as a collaboration through the genre-transcending label Mahorka and quickly blossomed into a creative endeavour that has produced two distinct, yet thematically connected albums, each with its own unique take on global and cosmic themes. "Distorted Planet", from Feb 2025, their debut release together, is a journey through a twisted world, touching on dark, emotional landscapes with a 90's ambient techno influence, laced with eerie, unsettling tones, evoking introspection, tension, and the emotional weight of living in a world that seems increasingly alien to itself.
