Been a long while since we made bread. Larry, our sourdough starter has been making crackers these past few years, finally stretching their legs again to make a round salted rosemary loaf. The outside was beautiful, but the inside needed just a bit longer at the lower temp for perfection. The smell!! I wish I could share the smell!
