David Cantrell 🏏Whoever it was that decided "smart" quotes should apply everywhere can DIAF. Yes, by all means auto cow wreck normal quotes to fancy curly things in a word processor, but doing that in a text editor or a notes app is just wrong.

I swear, #autocorrect is trolling me. And that’s not even an apostrophe! It’s a straight quote which represents “feet” as a unit of measurement. I’m dying inside about all of this.
