Update: I’m back home for the next two months of my recovery. I’m cleared to go for a 20 minute walk each day, and it’s the highlight of my whole day! #smallachievements #WhatIWoreToday #ootd
In other news, I feel that my more frequent and consistent #cycling efforts are starting to yield.
No more pains after 10km+ rides, better effort management (I learned to go less “full gas” every time), better pedaling technique and *much* better #endurance.
I did a 30km ride today, could have done the triple. No soreness, no pain this evening.
