It has been a mere 12 years since I posted a meeting report about the last joint #sfbd #jsdb meeting (without the great input from #hfsp at the time)

I remember the gorgeous 14th #ISDB in Kyoto, when the SFDB gave me a prize to present my work there, back in 2001. Now a meeting report from the 19th meeting (every 4 years but this year in 2022, #COVID oblige), in Algarve, is online: https://thenode.biologists.com/meeting-report-19th-international-congress-of-developmental-biology-isdb2021/meeting-reports/

Upcoming and recent #sciart initiatives sponsored by the #sfbd in and around Strasbourg. More learned societies should sponsor such fantastic outreach and creative endeavors: it renews our enthusiasm and cements the idea that there are many ways to relate & communicate rooted to the marvels of existence.
D'ailleurs l'AG de la #sfbd est dans une salle majestueuse du Palais Universitaire de Strasbourg.
The #sfbd is taking applications at all times for career transitions in #DevBiol where one gets a boost to change themes, models, and/or minds... See photo for e-mail address for inquiries and tell them I sent you from Mastodon 😉
@cellysally For future conferences, check out our awesome and beautifully illustrated nametag lanyards on sturdy paper that double as easily-consulted programs when around the neck for the #sfbd #jsdb #hfsp joint #DevBio conference this week!
@jamesbriscoe I had the same week-end but am now enjoying the company of many #DevBiol colleagues at the joint #sfbd #jsdb #hfsp meeting in Strasbourg this week. I suppose I'll be live-tooting some of it, as undignified as that sounds.
Anyone else in Strasbourg at the #sfbd #jsdb joint developmental biology conference or want updates? (Many had attended recent #isdb but the room is full and time for posters.)
