I'm not going to finish this, this weekend.

We watched something else over lunchtime, then watched "The Railway Children" original film at MIL Care Home!! , then I needed no subtitles for ironing, so watching #SevenDials which is partly filmed in Bath (UK) I quickly recognised that. There is still more ironing to get through now dinner is done... It's quite a fun Agatha Christie 1925 drama #Netflix

Just finished watching Agatha Christie's Seven Dials on Netflix.

I really enjoyed it and they left it open for more which I'm hoping get made.

Watched the Netflix mini-series of Agatha Christie's Seven Dials this evening.

The story was largely stupid but I loved the look and feel, the directing, and the acting especially was very good.

I've not read the original story and suspect the adaptation deviates a bit, especially given the ending and opportunities it provides for more episodes. I read some Agatha Christie books when I was younger and found them all largely stupid too.

I found Netflix's #SevenDials quite underwhelming, tbh. While it was watchable, the money that has obviously been thrown at it couldn't save it. There was no real sense of jeopardy or urgency to it. As someone else said: more Enid Blyton than Agatha Christie

Okay, also von meiner Seite aus keine Empfehlung für "Seven Dials" (Agatha Christie) auf Netflix. Ertrage gerade gequält den 2. Teil und bin froh, dass es insgesamt nur 3 sind. Eh schon stumpfe, ausgewalzte Story, deprimierend-langatmige Erzählweise und Setting. Requisite schwierig.
