Puzzles were deprecated in 1.5, which released around August of 2014 and made them unplayable outside of the built-in puzzle package. Most of the levels past that date were mostly people messing around, or iOS users who were stuck on 1.4. Some people before that date didn't seem to understand the puzzle level type either, though.
There are only 5 pages of puzzle levels in the archive. They were never that popular unfortunately and got overshadowed by the ill-fated attempt to shift Principia closer to being an adventure game in the 1.5 update.
