At last, the final volume of RPG Fudousan is here. While Kotone and her friends face off against the Black Dragon, the future looks bleak. Thankfully, there is a way to change the past to prevent this bad timeline, but can it work?

This is a pretty climatic volume wit hardly any real estate if any at all. Rakira and Kotone manage to escape the volcano jail thanks to the red dragons that Fa befriended. It came after they sang that dragon song, you know Fa’s favorite song. Selenia eventually ended up at the house with Alice. While she didn’t trust Kotone and Rakira at first, she eventually join forces with them.

Apparently, we learn more about Selenia, Alice, their mother and Lastille day before Alice and Selenia escaped before Satona and her forces burned down the kingdom and killed everyone there.

I admit, I do feel sympathetic towards Selenia given what she went through. Besides losing her mother, she had her villiage burned down again when Alice decides to get a job at the royal capital and when Selenia was away with a centaur that it got burned down by the same curprit, which causes Selenia to grow resentment against the humans. She eventually went back to the castle to read her mother’s diary describing the final days and that family tree, which has a name crossed out, which is Satona.

So Satona is also a demi-human. She pickups Rufuria and make her an assistant. Yep, she is excited since she looks up to her, until Satona started acting evil. Not too surprising since she reveals herself as being the black dragon.

Of course, she went along, until she finds out that Rakira and Kotone is probably dead, but she doesn’t believe it.When Satona intends to use Fa to destroy the whole island, this is when Rufuria chooses Fa over Satona and she hate her now because of how evil.

I admit, Satona really became a villian full circle as eventually Kotone and her friends helped Selenia face off Satona while getting help with a certain flower that reacted with a stone that protects them from misfortune. However, Selenia probably didn’t make it in her failed attempt to defeat Satona. Also, as Satona unleashed the beam to detroy the island while everyone evacuates, she gave an evil laugh. Makes me wonder what went wrong that caused Satona to go down the path of conquest and trying to get rid of the demihumans, especially from Lastille’s kingdom.

It explains what happened to the red dragon and Fa in the anime and first two chapters. Selenia used a spell to control the dragon so she can try to defeat Satona, but kind of failed for obvious reasons.

We’ll find out how the last volume ends, eventually. Should probably reveal what happened between Lastille and Satona that caused Satona to go down a very dark path and a resolution of course.

Basically there is a lot of developments in this volume, and more bombshells as well. Kotone, Rakira and the others made it out thanks to those red dragons and that mother, they befriended.

We learn more about Selenia’s mother as she revealed what happened to Rakira and Kotone, which she didn’t get along at first, but eventually gained trust in them, who is close with Lastille. Of course, Selenia’s mother have her take Alice to safety as the human miltary forces came near.We know what happened, from the 4th volume.

Basically, Selenia with Alice and a bunch of demi humans refugees built another city. When Alice shared the desire to work in the royal capital and try to make friends with everyone, of course Selenia tells her that she needed to hide the fact she is a demi human.

The thing is, Selenia grows resentment against the humans her the city she built burned to the ground thanks to the same people that killed her mother and Lastille. She eventually go to the “Demon Lord” castle, which is now an amusement park to find out who actually killed Lastille read a diary her mother rote, and it eventually leads to a family tree, which has Satona’s name crossed out. Is she actually a demi human as well.

Well, Satona gets more unhinged, wanting to use a device that takes Fa’s powers to completely destroy that island. Fa finds out that Satona is actually the black dragon. Of course, Rufuria is brainwashed as she becomes Satona’s assistant?

Either way, a few more chapters until I’m done with Vol 5, which of course has very little to do with real estate now.

This is a pretty big bombshell volume with a lot of twists. While it seems like Alice and Selenia (who is apparently Alice’s older sister) are the bad guys, but really we find out that it’s always Satona all along. Shocker, right?

Besides being part of the kingdom’s conquest to take the Demi human's land, Fa's mother, Lastille, which finally gets revealed in the chapter. She was willing to surrender and spare the life of her people. Of course, Satona wants to get rid of all the Demi Humans because she thinks they are hateful.

Yep, Rakira and Kotone finds out from Yuusha that she wasn't the one that defeated the Demon Lord, but it was Satona all along. Seems suspicious for her to instruct Kohaku to have them stay at a mansion, which they can't get out of, and not go open that door in the basement, which Rakira and Kotone open, and end up in a bird cage jail, where they find Yuusha inside a volcano. Yuusha is pretty weak in reality, and Satona uses her in the end to make it seem like Yuusha defeated the Demon Lord, not Satona. If she reveals the truth, well...

Well, as expected, there is not that much in terms of real estate, but more plot building up regarding Fa and also what Alice’s and Selenia’s motives are. I didn't expect Satona and the kingdom being... well not so good after all. I kind of feel sympathetic towards Selenia, but I guess we will find out more behind her past and Satona's motives.

Of course, there are funny moments, such as Rufuria protecting Rakira from that artist, which is one of their clients looking for a place for obvious reasons. Also, there is Rufuria trying on Satona’s outfit, which seems kind of funny although she obviously looks up to her. I wonder how she will feel when she finds out the truth.

There is this girl that Kotone and her friends apparently work with, Lufan who obviously know Fung Shui (and of course her outfit is Chinese inspired). She comes to RPG Real Estate because the soilders stationed on the island is disturbing her.

She actually say that she is eternally 14 years old. Kind of reminds me of that gag that Inoue Kikuko does proclaiming herself as eternally 17 years old.

Apparently, Kotone and her friends find out why Lufan says she is eternally 14 years old and out of the loop for so long. Lufan passed away when she was 14.

Also, interesting to learn more about Alice’s relationship with Selenia, which is apparently her older sister, which of course has some relationship to attempting to control Fa during that incident that got Kotone killed (thankfully resurrected) Apparently Alice and Selenia are related, but raised in two different families. Can explain Selenia’s motives.

Of course, Alice is a bit sus, while she gets close with Kotone and her friends and tries to protect her from her older sister in the first chapter of vol 4, she ends up kidnapping Fa again for her older sister’s sake. Yes, Alice may be a mole.

Will eventually share my full thoughts on the 3rd volume in a blog post. Obviously, the third volume picks up where Fa turns into a white dragon and starts attacking, until Kotone steps in and sing Fa’s favorite song. Well, we know what happened. Fa accidentally kills Kotone under the influence of Selenia and transformed back. She realized that she did and started crying. It was too late to save Kotone’s life, or is it.

We know that Kotone got revived by Lilly as she brings a doll containing Kotone’s spirit to her body. Also, with that, the king met with the RPG Fudousan team to a remote island as a precaution. That is after Satona tells how she found Fa and intended to raise her as a normal girl.

As the girls moved into their new house after meeting the red dragon, we finally meet Alice, the 5th member that is joining the RPG Fudousan team. I admit, she is cute and seems to have a strong admiration for Kotone for saving the day during the dragon incident. Alice doesn’t like being treated as a child despite her appearance. She can command and talk to creatures, which the latter part Fa can do.

Of course, Kotone’s little sister’s, Tsuzumi and Hibiki as they got new jobs something to do with spirit magic and they need to find a new place, and also check on their older sister because of that incident.

The girls also explore the island and discover some strange hotsprings, which is own by cat people. There is also a beach chapter and a moment where Rufuria, Kotone, and Alice cleans up an abandoned house. Of course, an old guy offered to buy all the houses on the island, if they get rid of monsters and half-beasts. As expected, it’s obvious the girls rejected his offer.

Yes, there is a plot twist in the last chapter of the volume. Alice lures Kotone and her friends to a cave and of course, she entraps them. Of course, Selenia appears with a magic staff she stole. Yep, Alice refers her as her older sister and it’s obvious that she is a mole, but why she did it? Now, Satona’s plan to hide Fa is now ruined as someone leaked the location, but who? I wonder, how Kotone and her friends will get out of this situation before Selenia can wreak havoc by controlling Fa again.

After finishing the 3rd volume of Gochuumon from the 2nd Complete Blend volume, I decided to resume RPG Fudousan (RPG Real Estate) and now I’m where the anime stopped at.

Alice, the “new” employee is a pretty funny character, besides the fact she took the job because she looks up to Kotone, for saving the day.

Hmmmm…
