Listened to the #Besties episode where they rank their favourite #Rougelikes and whilst I'm not a massive fan of the genre.....

Damn if they've not made me think I need to give these games another another another look.

Fool me once and all that.

Yesterday at #MarathonGaming we continued our journey in #ChocoboDungeon2. Like many #RougeLikes the RNG gifeth and taketh away.
We made some solid progress though which is nice.
I’ve also been on a bit of a #FinalFantasy5 kick too. It was a reason to use the iPad during our trip. It mostly was from watching single job challenge videos.

Today I also cleaned and set up our new coffee maker. Just had a bit of a swim.

Welp. I hear that Golgotha is the tomb of new players... I got lost on my way there and fatally murderboned by Goat people.

I went out screaming into the dark night. I had a full auto carbine in one hand, a sword in the other, and the pin of a grenade in my teeth.

I need to figure out what the good escape items are... and HOW DO I KILL THESE GOATMEN QUICKLY?
