Trump’s #SEC just dismissed charges against #RichardHeart who runs the #HEX crypto scam.

HEX is kind of a side show in the #crypto world. it's literally a cult that's also a ponzi scheme run by a buffoon who made his bones claiming that everyone else in crypto was a fraud (which is what all of these guys do - they all come at you with the "99% of crypto is a scam but my crypto is legit" but richard heart took that kind of thing to an extreme). he's currently on the run from #interpol for tax fraud charges.

you don't need to understand anything about HEX (tho maybe file away the fact that it's very much a religious cult far beyond even the rest of crypto just in case you ever run into any of the #Hexicans on the internet) but i think it is very much worth understanding the vibe of what the US government just condoned by dismissing the suit. watch this 15 second video of richard and you'll understand everything:
