Our society is a whirlpool of dysfunction.
Society takes kids like me and you, and tries to drown us in a vat of shit. Not all the way down, just down enough to make us swallow it until we give up, and become just like our parents. Then we do it to our own kids in return.
I can't speak for you but to me, #RespectEveryOne verges on the sacred. Withholding compassion is violence. Withholding respect is too. Am I wrong?
