I submitted a feature request to #Reddit to hopefully make it easier to know you're replying to the intended item. Too many times I've seen people replying to a post (many times it is their own) thinking they are replying to someone's comment on their post.

It's too hard to distinguish what the "add a comment" field is replying to. It would be great if it only appeared after hitting a reply button...
