One may be forgiven in thinking I've been pounding back unicorn gummies this week looking back at what I've produced. My dark clouded, punk/goth, teenaged self would have HATED this. Makes me giggle.

I found this barely-started latch-hook kit in my Big Box of Misc. Craft Stuff and Art Supplies.

Apparently child-me failed to read the instructions, which clearly state "one row of black around cloud" and also the cloud is supposed to be the puffy white stuff, not hooked yarn. Oops.

Kind of leaning towards finishing the cloud with the existing white yarn (there should be enough) as the provided fluffy white cloud-stuff feels weird. I'd have to cut new white or cream yarn for the unicorn's body, but it's not like I don't have yarn, right?

I'd also have to adjust the pattern over a few squares to keep the whole thing vertical on the canvas - you can see it's nearly off at the top right edge. But I think grownup-me can do that, where child-me might not have thought of it.
