Last true big unknown playing Soulcrusher for me is Inter Arma. A mix of Sludge and Death metal with a proper dose of progressive metal and a sprinkling of black. They bring a very dynamic mix of songs on their last record New Heaven.

It is a lot, but it is worth the listen. Especially since they mixed all those elements so very well.

After an evening of listening to all kinds of metal with weird influences, I ended on Leprous - Contaminate Me (Live At Rockefeller Music Hall) together with Ihsahn (frontman of Emperor). This song has it all, dual drums, Ihsahn's insanely dry growls, Leprous' melodic black metal influences, beautiful vocals, live violins, a gong and a group of musicians giving it their absolute all!
