How can the #probate service be so fucking shit? How is it ok to make grieving people wade through that level of bullshit, and then just have no support at all. The web chat thing is always overloaded, emails are never answered, and if you can get through to the phone line the wait is over an hour, at 16p per minute or whatever! It’s absolutely disgusting
