I think I overdid it a bit today with shopping and walking...
I came home with about 20kg of extra weight hanging from my back/shoulders. Some of it was in bags hanging from the front of my backpack with carabiner hooks, so I think the weight went mostly straight onto my shoulders, rather than distributed over my back...
But I think I got some excellent deals. Some unused frames from the #secondHand shop, a gift for my wife, and lots of heavily discounted #groceries.
