Hey The Guardian your headline is bullshit. If you switched the states how would it read? Why is it a "Hamas attack" on Palestinian soil? If the roles were switched would you report "7 Hamas soldiers killed in IDF attack in Southern Israel"? Why do you refer to it as an "attack" when Hamas is in its own country?

The press don't report the news. Instead they use certain stories on repeat as smokescreens to hide the news they don't want us to hear about.
All the coverage of Hugh Edwards is being used as a smokescreen to hide whatever else is going on.
We well used to this in Scotland as whenever press could report on good news from Scotland or bad news south of border instead we get the smokescreen of the ferries.
The press aren't even subtle.
