My “best” weight loss tip

My “best” weight loss tip that worked for me was buy less chocolate. I know it sounds dumb and simple, but if I don’t have sugary snacks in the home, I can’t stuff them in my face when I get hungry. That’s just applying self-control when I’m strong to protect future me when I am weak.
