#potterybarn is a truly awful and incompetent company. Today a $400+ bathroom faucet arrived, many months after it was ordered and several months after the order was canceled. Of course I will dispute the charge on Amex and it will be reversed but who needs this cretinous aggro? Where I will never shop again.
