I watched his speech. He speaks but says nothing. He's going to strengthen Canada's identity. How? By destroying national institutions like the CBC? He doesn't say. All he has is grievance. Carney is doing a terrible job with Trump. What would he do differently? Not rest until every Canadian home has an oil pipeline through it?
