I had to cut it out of my diet, thanks to the extremely high sugar content of sweetened condensed milk.
Or the dairy-free cousin, sweetened condensed coconut milk, which I actually preferred.

But now I found this:
Sugar free sweetened condensed coconut milk!

It's sweetened with Erythrit, which I know I tolerate well & tastes similar to the other coconut condensed milk from the same brand that I used in the past.
So that's nice.
Just need to solve a problem after opening. Because it's not 55% sugar, shelf-life after opening. even in the fridge, is short.

I have a #phin, a Vietnamese single serve coffee filter. I can fit the mug and the phin under the Keurig and run 6oz of water through it. At 8oz the phin runneth over. 😕
