Statistics help!

I have a sample of students, with demographic variables and income level.
I have a census of all students, with demographic variables but without income information.

If I model income on the sample and get a significant set of measures and loadings that represent, say, 95% of income level, could I ise these loadings to regress other variables on income in my census?
