If you do any work with clinical trial data in R, take a look at the {ducklake} R package @travisgerke just released: https://tgerke.github.io/ducklake-r/index.html He wrapped duckdb's ducklake extension into easy-to-use R functions, that slot right into the {tidyverse} ecosystem. He also demonstrates how this can be applied to clinical trial data. He takes advantage of the #pharmaverse R tooling to transform SDTM data into analysis-ready ADaM datasets, and uses {ducklake} to create a complete audit trail. 😍 #RStats
