With #postgresql in #docker, when I exec into it to do a #pg_dumpall, it doesn't really seem efficient.

I mean, just to get a few gigabytes from a running container, does it really need to take 4 *additional* CPUs, dwarfing everything that's actually needed to do the backup? Is this what we have taken to accept as the pinnacle of operating system design?

I just love how easy it is to dump all information from one #postgreSQL cluster and import them into another one. Version 11 is up and running. 💙
