VThis crop top has been in my wardrobe for about five years now. This is the second time I’ve worn it.
Crop tops are A Thing for me, because I feel a bit self conscious when wearing one. But yesterday we were meeting some friends and it was so hot outside, and this was the only thing that felt good (because the fabric is super light and breezy).
I felt ready for it, so I wore it, and obviously the world didn’t collapse because of it.
So yeah, even though I feel comfortable in my body and I’ve been a fat activist for a while, this was a big step for me. Yay for me!
