Really interesting discussion at the #OpenRepositories opening keynote:
- budget cuts in science and education in many countries
- lot of talk about digital “sovereignty”. I am always a bit uncomfortable with the “sovereignty” talk. Would hope to hear more about “solidarity” and “conscious interdependency” instead
Does anyone have good references on learning about sovereignty vs. autonomy vs. solidarity vs. conscious interdependency vs. resilience?
