Latest discovery from the archives: a programme cover for that popular favourite 'The Miaowdo' by Gilpurr and Sullivan with portrait of leading caterwauler 'La Strilla', one of the first international felines to undertake the role in the 1890s, under the baton of Maestro Furrybelow.

La Strilla continued the season with performances of Pawsca, La Gattina del West, and her unrepeatable Lucia di Lammerpurr.
