Drew this a few years ago, and wasn't entirely happy with the perspective. It's meant to be an alley in a dwarven city somewhere under Ireland, lit by glowing moss instead of streetlights.

I think I had a concept of a cyberpunk city with all the glowing neon signs replaced with glowing plants, but I don't fully remember where that came from!
