Tanuki.no.moriDaitoku-ji Temple (Kyoto City)🍃
Founded in 1315, Daitoku-ji is the head temple of the Rinzai Zen sect’s Daitoku-ji branch. Revived by the monk Ikkyū and later supported by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, it grew into a major center of Zen culture.
