let's be serious 5 minutes ? did anybody know that Ōgimi's michi-no-eki had moved ? ＊Five years ago＊ ? i went on using the old one for 5 years (the shops and cafe have not moved) and never realised. the new one is huge, along the road, and i never noticed it. yesterday i stopped at the old one to buy tankans, because coming back from #Ōgimi without agrumes would challenge the balance of the universe and there was a poster : 「festival in michi-no-eki on feb 22-23」and i was bugging on it since…

i'm in #Ōgimi for a study-day about nejame #gusuku, which is probably far more a glorious gusuku that you think.
we'll have a presentation of the site this morning by masahiko goto (of the university of the ryukyus) and we'll go to the field afterwards this afternoon.
not so many archaeologists in the room yet, but it's open to the local inhabitants and they fill the seats 😁
