I finally did a perfect run in the Beat Saber demo, yet my score is a measly B? What the heck?

Question about the first generation #OculusQuest #MetaQuest headset.

Can only the admin account sync their phone/app to the headset? Because I'm the 3rd profile and no matter what I try, I don't see the numbers in the VR environment to input into my phone/app.

Well, the good news is that I found a free room escape game or two in VR.

The bad news is that playing that sort of game in sitting mode makes the motion sickness exponentially worse.

And the frustrating news is that not everything stays where I put it between sessions.

But I did notice some shapes on some stuffed animals that correspond to some blocks I found in various drawers. Now to figure out what to do with that information.

Also, how the heck do I access my inventory? I've picked up a few coins and they disappear as soon as I let go of them, with some text that says there are more coins to be found.

Remember when Avery Brooks demanded to know where the flying cars were?

A friend of my husband's just gave him her old #OculusQuest. It's an old first generation, so a lot of stuff isn't supported (like Steam Link 💔) but holy cow VR is mind-blowing!

I swear I had the most fun in a tutorial app that had me interact with a variety of virtual objects. That was absolutely delightful!

(And I was extremely happy to discover that VR per se does not give me motion sickness.)

When I figure out how to take "screenshots", y'all will be the first to know. 😛

Anyone have experience debugging WebGL in the browser on an Oculus Quest? I've got a weird juddering effect in my (very simple) scene when I look down a particular angle and I'm a bit stumped on what could cause it.

I don't think I have any other option, but I'm trying to gauge precisely how much hell I'm signing up for, on a scale of "Enh, it's fine" to "ABANDON HOPE."
